Trying to find answers, our family, like many others, ended up spending thousands and thousands of dollars on various mold inspection and testing . And like most people, we were being told we may have mold but they have no idea where it is. Its a viscous cycle and sadly many families never end up finding concrete answers to the main question...Does my house have mold and where? We were fortunate enough to find a Mold Dog, and finally found out where the source of the problem was and began taking the right steps to make sure our home was clean and safe for us. That is when we decided we had to help others find their answers too.

Going through extensive training with Bill Whitstine (CMT) the founder of Mold Dogs, at Canine Academy, we are now certified, and work with Jax our MoldHound.

This day and age we have a lot of resources to detect mold, including air sampling, infrared technology, moisture meters, and much more. How do I know if this works for me?

We will travel to your residence and locate any mold and harmful toxins that are not visible and hidden. We will then take the time to go over possible options for you that are tailored to your specific needs and assist you in implementing it.

Where are you located at?

We are located in the Pacific Northwest, specifically Washington State.

Do you travel out of State?

Due to the fact that we are one of the few mold dogs located in the U.S. we do travel out of state with Jax. We understand that mold is become a huge problem all over the United States, so we do our best to accommodate our out of state clients as best as we can.

If you find the source, will remediation work?

When you work with MoldHound, we will help you in identifying the source of the mold problem. Once you find the source of the problem, and the mold is properly removed/remediated, your home can be a safe living space again. We have seen many remediate and heal. Every home is different and is a case by case basis.

How accurate is a Mold Dog?

Mold dogs have proven to be the most accurate form of mold detection currently available. Their highly sensitive sense of smell and advanced training allow for detection of mold with a consistently high accuracy rate of over 90%.

Does Mold Hound Inspections do remediation work?

As a company, we do not carry out any remediation work. We will do our best to provide you with all the knowledge we have about proper remediation and or hiring a remediator.
